they recently made the switch but my boy at amazon started out of undergrad at amazon with 160k but i have more experience than him 10 fold
that includes stock comp tho
200k isnt unquestionable either and ive seen 160k friend in detrooit
i just feel like im not growing and any crazy effort i do is just expected
