because otherwise we sit in calls forever making no initiative or action
there was an issue that needed to be solved, we just sat there talking about it
i asked if someone can do it, no one else felt confident
but kulveer wanted me to focus on something else
i told him ill do both but theres no communication
we just sat there talking so i just started sharing my screen and finishing the job
"we need some update for 12 meeting" they said how much time do i need, i didnt get any time to do anything cuz no one on the team would step up yday and take it on
